There has been a lot of buzz around Rob Bell lately. Some have read his books or seen his Nooma videos or heard him speak, others haven’t. That said, I thought it might be good to post some clips (5 total) of his Everything is Spiritual tour. This might be the first you’ve seen or heard of Rob Bell, or it may simply serve as a reminder, whichever the case, enjoy…
In this first clip, Rob’s introduces the idea that in the Hebrew scriptures there is no word for “spiritual”……
“Jesus, how is your spiritual life? What? What do you mean? Because to label one area spiritual…is to label other areas, not spiritual. It’s absolutely foreign to the world of the Scriptures. It is absolutely foreign to the world view of Jesus.”
